By accessing or using the Covenant Circle website (covenantcircle.net), our Discord communities, or any Covenant Circle program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or purchase our programs. These terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Kingdom Reach Media LLC d/b/a Covenant Circle ("Covenant Circle," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service are the Master Terms referenced in your program Order Form.
Covenant Circle is an educational trading mentorship program offered in three tiers: Education, Covenant, and Inner Circle. Depending on your tier, our services include:
Our programs are educational. Nothing we provide is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. We do not manage money or trade on your behalf. Trading involves substantial risk, including the loss of some or all of your capital.
We do not guarantee any income, profit, trading result, or business outcome. Results shown in testimonials, examples, or case studies are not typical. Your results depend on your individual effort, capital, risk management, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. See our income disclaimer for more details.
By enrolling in the Covenant Circle, you agree to pay the full program fee which are listed in your order form and are due as stated there. Payment options and pricing are discussed on a per-applicant basis. All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment processors. If you select a payment plan, you are responsible for all scheduled payments regardless of whether you continue to actively use the program.
In this Section, "Student" means any person who purchases, or enrolls in a payment plan for, a paid Covenant Circle program.
6.1 Cooling-Off Period. Covenant Circle offers a three (3) calendar day cooling-off period from the date of initial purchase or payment plan enrollment. During this period, a Student may request a full refund of amounts paid by submitting a written request to support@covenantcircle.net with the subject line "Refund Request" and including the Student's full name, email address, and date of purchase.
6.2 Refund Eligibility. To be eligible for a refund under the cooling-off period, the Student must meet all of the following conditions:
6.3 After the Cooling-Off Period. After the three (3) calendar day cooling-off period has expired, all sales are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, dissatisfaction with the program, or failure to achieve specific trading results.
6.4 Payment Plans. Students who enroll in a payment plan are subject to the same three (3) calendar day cooling-off period. If a refund is approved during the cooling-off period, all amounts paid will be refunded and the payment plan will be canceled. After the cooling-off period expires, the Student remains responsible for all remaining scheduled payments regardless of participation level. Failure to complete scheduled payments does not constitute grounds for refund and may result in suspension of program access.
6.5 Refund Processing. Approved refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days of approval to the original payment method used at purchase. Refund timing to the Student's account is subject to the processing times of the Student's bank or payment processor.
6.6 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes. Covenant Circle is committed to resolving any billing concern directly with the Student. Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, we ask that you contact us at support@covenantcircle.net so we can address the issue promptly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Covenant Circle support may result in suspension of program access while the dispute is investigated. Students who have consumed program materials and subsequently initiate a chargeback may be subject to collections activity for amounts owed under these Terms.
6.7 How to Request a Refund. To request a refund during the cooling-off period, email support@covenantcircle.net with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your full name, email address, date of purchase, and reason for the request. Refund requests submitted through any other channel may experience processing delays.
6.8 Educational Purpose Disclaimer. Covenant Circle is an educational program. We do not provide investment advice, trading signals, or guaranteed outcomes. Trading involves financial risk, including the loss of capital. Refunds are not available based on trading performance or financial results, as individual outcomes depend on factors outside of Covenant Circle's control, including but not limited to individual effort, experience, market conditions, and risk management decisions.

This section incorporates by reference all communications terms set forth in our Privacy Policy. Read the SMS, phone, and email sections of our Privacy Policy carefully, as they form part of these Terms.
By checking the SMS consent box and providing your mobile phone number on a form on the Site (including webinar registration, opt-in, or enrollment forms), you consent to receive automated transactional text messages from Trade Covenant at the number provided, including messages sent via automated technology. SMS consent is optional and is never required to register or to purchase.
Mobile information sharing. Your mobile information (including phone number and SMS opt-in consent data) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share mobile information with our subcontractors who provide support services strictly to enable our communications.
By providing your phone number, you also expressly consent to receive phone calls, including calls placed using an automatic telephone dialing system or pre-recorded or artificial voice, from Trade Covenant or our authorized representatives, regarding your inquiry, registration, training, program participation, and applicable offers. Consent to receive phone calls is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke consent at any time.
You consent to receive transactional and marketing emails from Trade Covenant. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at support@covenantcircle.net.
You agree to:
All course content, lessons, recordings, calls, templates, scripts, SOPs, frameworks, community content, and trading materials belong to Covenant Circle or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use them for your personal education and business during your program term. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share, or publicly display them without our written permission.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our website, apply to our programs, or purchase any program. If we learn that someone under 18 has enrolled, we will end their access and delete their information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Covenant Circle will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost trading gains, lost revenue, lost clients, or lost data. Our total liability arising from or related to any program or these terms will not exceed the total fees you actually paid for that program.
Informal resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at support@covenantcircle.net to attempt informal resolution. We will work in good faith to resolve the matter within thirty (30) days.
Binding arbitration. If informal resolution fails, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall be conducted in Harris County, Texas, in English, by a single arbitrator. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class action waiver. You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between us and you individually. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action.
Exceptions. Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for intellectual property infringement or misappropriation. Either party may also bring an individual claim in small claims court if eligible.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the program at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these terms, disruptive behavior within the community, or sharing proprietary program content. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
