Refund Policy

3-Day Cooling-Off Period

Covenant Circle offers a 3-day cooling-off period from the date of your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the program, you may request a full refund within 3 calendar days of your initial purchase or payment plan enrollment.

To be eligible for a refund:

• Your request must be received within 3 calendar days of purchase
• You must not have attended more than one live trading education session
• You must not have downloaded or distributed any proprietary materials
• You must not have accessed more than 20% of the Classroom video library

After the 3-day period, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason after the cooling-off period has expired.

Payment Plans

The same 3-day cooling-off period applies. If you cancel within 3 days, all amounts paid will be refunded and your payment plan canceled. After 3 days, you remain responsible for all remaining scheduled payments.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@covenantcircle.net with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your full name, email, and date of purchase. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
